The scope of food products to be preserved by cold storage is becoming more and more extensive. Meat, game, poultry, fish and other frozen foods, ready-to serve dishes, ice-creams and butter are just a few examples illustrating the wide application range of cold storage. We offer modular Walk-in Coolers/Freezers for commercial and industrial purposes as well as for large households facilitating the heat storage of large quantities of frozen food.

Walk-in - Coolers/Freezers particularly suit the requirements of:

hotels, boarding houses, recreation centres and clinics; restaurants, snack-bars, canteens and cafeterias; food markets, delicatessen shops and supermarkets; bakeries, dairies, butcheries, shops specialised on game and poultry. Suitable Walk-Ins are also available for agriculture and large households. As concerns the cold storage of pharmaceutical products one had to put up with refrigerators of deep-freezers when a conventional built-in cold store could not be used. However, fridges and deep-freezers are in most cases completely out of place.

Their main disadvantages:

KRISPCOLD Walk Ins consist of individual sections manufactured accord ing to the sandwich construction principle. All polyurethane sections are foamed-in-place under pressure and without any heat or cold conductors. Unlike almost all other insulants the closed cells of rigid polyurethane contain a resident gas (trichorofluor-methane) tripling the insulation value of air. This is the reason for the unequalled insulating efficiency of rigid polyurethane and also accounts for the low power consumption.

The polyurethane core is enclosed by galvanised steel/S.S. sheets/coated sheets — incl. edges-with finish which is extremely shock-and abrasion proof thus ensuring corrosion resistance of the Walk-ln-Coolers.

The high insulating efficiency and the hermetically sealing groove-tongue system minimize energy cost.

During the foaming process metal and polyurethane bind so tenaciously that the rigid foam becomes a supporting structural element. For this reason the Walk In Refrigerators set up new standards in stability and insulation efficiency.

Cam-operated locks tightly join the sandwich sections which by way of design do not tend to alterations in dimensions or shape. Due to the plastic cases of the cam locks thermal conduction is avoided. There will be no rusting of the cams made of corrosion proof material, which of particular importance if you want to disassemble and relocate the Walk-Ins.

An ordinary level floor suffices as foundation. There is no need for further insulation as the Walk-ln-Cooler is equipped with insulated diffusion-proof floor sections. The door may easily be opened from inside. This goes for the standards safety release too. The Walk-In Cooler is provided with interior lighting and a switch on the outside.

Recirculating type Water Coolers;

"Krispcold"Compact Cooling water re-cooler consisting of a complete Refrigeration and cooling water circuit The refrigerant passes through an evaporator in the cooling water tank, removes heat from the water and expels it into the stream of air blowing through the condenser.

Operation:
Operation is extremely simple. "Krispcold" Water re-cooler cools the water to a pre-selected temperature, which can be between +10 and +25Deg.C.

Uses:
